What we do

Embedded work for medical, defense, and scientific systems — where it has to be right, and provably so.

If you have an idea and no hardware yet
We take it from concept and a PoC through to working electronics — schematic, PCB, and firmware together.
If a firmware project has stalled
We come in, find what's actually wrong in the firmware or software, and get it moving again.
If it has to be secure, real-time, or certified
We pick the right SoC, architect it on an RTOS, and build it to the standard — then prove it works.
If you're heading into production
We prepare the PCB and firmware for manufacturing, testing, and CE/FCC certification.

What does Nimov Electronics do?

Nimov Electronics is an independent embedded systems consultancy based in Warsaw, Poland, working since 2015. We design electronics and PCBs, write firmware and software, and architect whole systems — taking projects from concept and prototyping through certification to production-ready design. Each of us works the full stack — electronics, firmware, architecture — so there are fewer handoffs and nothing falls between layers.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

We work on embedded systems that need to be secure, real-time, or certified — often for medical, defense, and scientific applications. For an idea without hardware yet, we take it from concept and a proof of concept (PoC) through to a working prototype. For stalled firmware, we find what is actually wrong and get it moving again. Heading into production, we prepare the PCB and firmware for manufacturing, testing, and certification.

Where are you based, and who do you work with?

We are based in Warsaw, Poland, and work with clients in any time zone. For projects that need more than embedded — backend, frontend, data, or machine-learning alongside hardware — we bring them to Kolektiv, the larger collective Nimov is part of.
