The challenge
A manufacturer wanted their physical production station — the machines that prepare and label each portion — driven directly from the cloud software they already run their production on. The hard part wasn’t the app they already had — it was the hardware, and the software and drivers that make it a controllable part of a cloud workflow.
What we did
We brought the station together and connected it to the cloud. Each machine speaks its own low-level protocol, so we wrote a driver and a small service for each, then exposed them through a standard integration layer. From there, the production software could drive the floor directly — measuring, labelling, and moving product, step by step.
Outcome Deployed at the customer's factory, where it has already run real production batches.
