The challenge
A product is only as good as the way it is built. Every unit coming off the line has to be flashed with firmware and checked — properly, not just powered on — and it has to happen fast enough not to hold up production. Done by hand, that is slow and easy to get wrong.
What we did
We built the tester end to end — the hardware and the mechanics that hold and contact each device, and the scripts that flash it and run it through a full set of checks in one pass. One operator, one short cycle per unit: place it, flash, test, done — with a clear pass or fail, and nothing shipping untested.
Outcome Each unit flashed and fully tested in one short pass — production made quick, repeatable, and thorough.
